Many pieces have sadly been tucked away

for a long long time.

Its time for them to leave my little storage case as they are far

to pretty to not be made into something fabulous.

Little market monsters................

Ok.........yay!!!

First market done and dusted.

The little squirrel monsters are all unpacked and 

ready to put there little furry paws up after

a fantastic day catching up with the gorgeous 

people who came along to the 

'St Clair Beach Market'.

So many great stalls,

fabulous customers,

The great tan leather boots I have on are not the

boots I went to market in......oops.....

They were just to good not to buy, a little treat for me!

Inspiration from nature.........

I found these beautiful fluffy thistle heads in the 

garden which seemed so delicate and precious......

Perfect for some of the very precious and delicate

pieces of vintage jewellery we popping into

the Etsy shop tonight.

One Little Trip...............

The squirrels made a very quick trip to

deliver some treasures to Christchurch.

Of course this means stopping at some of our 

favourite vintage shops to find treasure for ourselves.

First up 'Tiger Lily' in Oamaru

where a little knitted bunny said 

'Take Me HOME'

'Why yes'........said one little 

squirrel.

And we always stop into Serendipity in Timaru.

Then a fantastic visit to 

'Overflow'

in Mayfield.

I was so blown away when Jan & Leanne

had an amazing gift for me......

The most perfect tooled leather handbag......

with one fantastic squirrel on it.

Thats ONE happy squirrel.

Taking a tea break...........

We have had some truly lovely days.....

sunny and even a little warmth.

Warren and I decided it was the perfect time to put up the 

fantastic 50's canvas tent we bought a few months ago.

So taking a break from photographing....

it seemed only fitting to get out a deck-chair 

and have a cup of tea.

Quiet time reading a 1960's

'Home Journal' yay.

Also a great time to model one of the very cute 

60's dresses that we are popping on-line tonight.
